The location of the hotel is amazing, right in the center of the city. You are just steps away from the famous Duomo and there is a great grocery store right next door. the check-in process takes place in a nice little cafe, adding to the convenience and charm of the location.
The lack of air conditioning on the first day was quite uncomfortable.

I had large apartment by bedroom. I had a PLEASANT stay for a long vacation, the breakfast was savoury for vegetarians. The location was marvellous and incredible, I appreciated it, it was 10 minutes on foot from an open - air market. And I was not far from Florence as well as the centre.

Stayed at a spacious "Studio" apartment which exceeded expectations. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to various places. Regina, our host, was welcoming and attentive, providing helpful recommendations for dining and even making a reservation for us. The apartment had good air-conditioning and there were convenient provisions like salt, sugar, and oil. Christian, another helpful host, provided us with a map and great recommendations for exploring Firenz. The breakfast provided was simple yet satisfying. I would definitely choose this accommodation again on a future visit.
Nothing, all was great! 👍

They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even organizing a special breakfast package for our early departure. The location was super convenient, and the apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped with modern amenities like wi-fi and a flat-screen TV. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast at their adjacent bar, which offered a delicious variety of options. we highly recommend this place for its exceptional service, great location, and comfortable accommodations.

We stayed at Accademia Studio for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The location is superb, just a few minutes away from the dome and Leonardo museum. The apartment itself was spacious and fully furnished, with two bedrooms, a large living room, and a well-stocked kitchen. Everything was spotlessly clean and the WiFi worked perfectly. The owner even left us basic food supplies and the breakfast in her café was delightful. We felt right at home and highly recommend it.
Strongly recommend this hotel.
